My Portfolio
I am a motivated college student studying computer information systems at BYU-I. I am currently a junior in my Bachelor's degree program. I have developed multiple skills in my time at the university and have achieved multiple certifications. One of my areas of study is web development. I have a couple of projects that I would like to share to demonstrate some of my abilities.
I created a weather site for a small group of communities in Southeast Idaho. There are pages for each of three communities, as well as a form and a gallery of images. I utilized javascript to load data from json documents and pulled in weather data from api's. The images in the gallery use lazy loading to make the page more efficient.
I created a chamber of commerce site as a final project for one of my classes. We were given one week to create an interactive five page chamber of commerce site with forms, graphics, and a business directory of actual businesses within the city that we live.
